Finance

This is always a sensitive and fickle business. Pindari Global realized that the world we live in now,  in 2022,  is run by some very dubious and not overly bright politics and politicians and when one adds Pandemics and totally preventable  Insane Wars to the mix,  then  maybe it was and will be  better to divert and take an altogether different tack.

Thus it amalgamated 26 major foundations into one, purchase majority shares  in, or outright took over the complete shareholding in banks and other financial institutions, and set its investment priorities for the years to come. Now investments will ONLY be done in developing the countries in Oceania, Africa, the Far East and the Caribbean.

Our overreaching initiative is to alleviate poverty, develop infrastructure, provide relevant education and to promote agriculture and food production  and security wherever Pindari  will be and is operational.

Pindari will, and have, set a mechanism in place to provide direct loans and financial support to deserving applicants, from micro to macro financing, using very sophisticated and alternative finance methods, that is fair and equitable for all, using anything and everything in between from from Barter to Blockchain …

Pindari Maldives under the guidance of Hameed Ibrahim, as a pioneer in the new systems, will play a major role in implementing these systems as a pilot project in the Maldives.

Agriculture and Mariculture

With the current geopolitical mess going on in this world of today,  it has become blatantly obvious that all countries and communities must, as a matter of urgent priority, secure its own food independence. In this regard, Pindari Global and Pindari Maldives plan to massively increase its investment into hi-tech agriculture and mariculture, in the Maldives  and elsewhere globally, and to invest heavily into delivery chains, food preservation and marketing technology with immediate effect.

Tourism

Pindari Maldives is already very much intrenched in the Tourism sector,  handling all aspects thereof. It was decided in conjunction with Pindari Global to increase the presence in the tourism sectors very substantially and to start an investment program into infrastructure by approaching the government sectors for a joint expansion of airports,  and logistic handling capability, across the Maldives, and further  to increase its presence in the Maritime sector by providing large, fast inter-island ferry facilities, with a unique function, and to invest in medical facilities that will be of dual use, both for local communities, and tourists in remote resorts.

It will further start and invest in tertiary educational facilities that will be specifically designed to train personnel for resort management, F&B and each aspect of resort servicing.  Thus, a Resort School not a Hotel School. This facility will be available as a free educational facility for Maldivian citizens.

Technology

For a lot of people modern technology is an accepted part of life. But for some its something you can do nothing without and nothing with it… consider this … how many people can actually explain how a modern telephone works, or the difference between 4G and 5G and Wi-Fi, and yet without these modern marvels a large percentage of the world will come to an abrupt standstill. The Maldives has a young, very intelligent, population, albeit a very frustrated, and stifled population,  due to lack of opportunities within the islands…

Pindari Maldives with full backing of the trusts and foundations integrated in its structure will shortly move to establish an institute of technology dealing in a wide spectrum of disciplines and interacting with other communities abroad, to train young Maldivians in the latest cutting edge technologies but custom tailored to their own Island environment, and  any student that achieve a set percentage at course level at the end will be automatically guaranteed a job within the Pindari Global structure.

Pindari also own patented cutting-edge technology in power generation, waste management, waste to energy, food preservation, logistics and a host more. All of these technologies  will be freely available to the Maldives and with full in-house funding to Pindari Maldives to implement such in its future developments.
